Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping

Returns

  • We have a free 30 day return policy

  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return (listed on the product page at time of purchase)

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and not altered in any way

  • Hygienic liner must not be removed. No visible signs of deodorant, perfume, hygienic stains, etc.

  • Tags must be intact and in original packaging

  • A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with the Noelani Swim return policy is final and cannot be refuted

Exchanges

  • Please refer to our return policy to make sure your item meets the requirements

  • Exchanges can only be made to change size only

  • Please check and see if your size is available prior to proceeding with exchange

  • If you’d like a different style bikini, you must complete a return instead

  • For exchanges, a new bikini will be sent out once original bikini has arrived

Please Note

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns

  • ​Shipping costs are the payee’s responsibility

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the bikini

  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed

  • If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package

Shipping

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing

  • USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3-5 days to ship after processing time

  • Free shipping applies to orders $100 and over (after discounts and before taxes)
